120T + Highway Cattle Grid

Here we have our Hopkins Highway 120-ton unit, the most substantial unit in our range we recommend this for the heaviest of traffic. This grid is suitable for heavy highway use, heavy windfarm traffic as well as busy quarry entrances and much more. We have worked with almost all councils across the UK many of which, our grids are pre-approved and specified for installation. They are the most economical and trusted highway unit in the country.

Load tested to 120 tons capacity/ 30 tons axle weight.

Adequate for 30 units of HB loading

Conforms to BS EN 1991-2 Part 2: Traffic Loads which is the new Euro coding which has replaced the above BD 37/01 standard on the 120-ton + capacity.

Grid depth of 14"/ 355mm.

All steelwork is galvanised to BS EN ISO 1461:2022 which supersedes BS EN ISO 1461:2009.
